Maintenance Payments<\/span><\/h3>\n

JEA FINANCIAL GROUP is our financial management company effective January 1, 2023.<\/span><\/p>\n

JEA Financial Group has updated their software and the instructions for login are:<\/span><\/p>\n

Clubhouse Rental<\/span><\/p>\n

You can now rent the clubhouse for personal events!<\/span><\/p>\n

Clubhouse Agreement<\/strong><\/span>
\n1. The first-time clubhouse rental is free. Subsequent rentals are $75 each.<\/span>
\n2. There is a $150 refundable security deposit. If any damages done to the clubhouse are<\/span>
\nfound to have occurred, the repairs will be deducted from the security deposit. Any<\/span>
\ndamages that exceed the security deposit will be the responsibility of the homeowner that<\/span>
\nrented the property.<\/span>
\n3. There is a $100 non-refundable cleaning fee.<\/span>
\n4. The renting homeowner is required to have a certified \u201cCrowd Manager\u201d at the event at all<\/span>
\ntimes. Certifications can be obtained at: https:\/\/crowdmanagers.com Once completed,<\/span>

\nThe most efficient way to process the rental request is to drop off the checks and applications in<\/span>
\nperson. The office will then have you sign out a key for the clubhouse. This key must be<\/span>
\nreturned within 5 business days of the event. Failure to return the key or loss of the key will<\/span>
\nresult in the renting homeowner being responsible for the cost of re-keying of the clubhouse with<\/span><\/p>\n

The 2026 Budget<\/a> was approved at the budget meeting on 11\/19\/25. The decreased monthly payment will be $139.<\/span><\/p>\n
