Clubhouse Rental
You can now rent the clubhouse for personal events!
Clubhouse Agreement
1. The first-time clubhouse rental is free. Subsequent rentals are $75 each.
2. There is a $150 refundable security deposit. If any damages done to the clubhouse are
found to have occurred, the repairs will be deducted from the security deposit. Any
damages that exceed the security deposit will be the responsibility of the homeowner that
rented the property.
3. There is a $100 non-refundable cleaning fee.
4. The renting homeowner is required to have a certified “Crowd Manager” at the event at all
times. Certifications can be obtained at: https://crowdmanagers.com Once completed,

The most efficient way to process the rental request is to drop off the checks and applications in
person. The office will then have you sign out a key for the clubhouse. This key must be
returned within 5 business days of the event. Failure to return the key or loss of the key will
result in the renting homeowner being responsible for the cost of re-keying of the clubhouse with
new locks & replacement keys.

Budget
The 2026 Budget was approved at the budget meeting on 11/19/25. The decreased monthly payment will be $139.
